Just finished my workout.
Thursday is normally my restday, but I didn’t work out much in Turkey and since I’m back.
So I did arm workout today.
160 punches with hand weights
40 tricep extentions with hand weights
120 jumping jacks
32 bodyweight rows
40 bicep curls with barbell or hand weights
200 butt kicks

Here is the trick: split it up
10 push-ups 10 tricep extentions 8 bodyweight rows 10 bicep curls
40 punches 30 jumping jacks 8 burpees 50 butt kicks
